Starting June 10, Nibble Kitchen welcomes Chef Krysia Villon, founder of Chiqui’s Kitchen. While many know her for her popular empanadas, Krysia is excited to share a broader vision of Peruvian cuisine rooted in more than two decades of research and a master’s degree in gastronomy from Boston University.

Born and raised in Boston with deep Peruvian roots, Krysia draws inspiration from the concept of mestizaje—the blending of Indigenous, European, African, Chinese, and Japanese influences that have shaped Peru’s rich culinary traditions. Her menu will highlight indigenous ingredients, lesser-known dishes, and the stories behind them.

For Krysia, food is more than a business—it’s an art form and a way to connect people through culture. We’re excited to welcome her to Nibble Kitchen and invite the community to experience the flavors, traditions, and creativity she brings to the table.
