The Nibble Culinary Entrepreneurship Program has received overwhelming support over this past year. Many of you have followed us from festival to festival, and have helped inform the success of our aspiring local entrepreneurs. We’ll your taste for mouth watering bites has not gone unnoticed.
This week will mark another Nibble first: Our talented culinary entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to vend their international delights during “Duck Village Stage” at Aeronaut Brewery. Each week, The Duck Village Stage (named after the neighborhood just across the train tracks) brings a sampling of the local artistic talents of Somerville. From poetry readings, soul jams, and mixed media showings, Every Wednesday offers something different!
This week will feature live taproom recordings by Jan Marie Music and Ryan Alvanos in collaboration with Somerville Community Access Television.
A new addition to Wednesday evenings, we’re happy to announce that starting tomorrow, October 5th, Nibble Culinary Entrepreneurs Las Carolinas of Carolicious will showcase their culinary arts each and every Wednesday at Aeronaut (14 Tyler Street, Somerville).
Our Venezuelan duo will be offering their prize-winning Arepas which “pairs perfectly with a Session with Dr Nandu or American Pils” says Carolina Garcia, one of the founding members of Carolicious. “American Pils has a similar body to the popular Venezuelan beer Zulia. Both are light and flavorful, and go great with tasty Arepas.”
Other stars of the Nibble Entrepreneurship Program will have opportunities of select Wednesdays to offer their delicious bites as well. Come support your local artist community, enjoy a local beer, and local food from our lovely entrepreneurs.
Thanks to the Aeronaut Brewery for this fantastic opportunity!
