Fall is in the air. If you’re like me, you used up your vacation time in the summer and are now slowing accruing hours of PTO time day by day. Cold weather brings some of my favorite cooking and this series is killing it with diversity and deliciousness. Zucchini Parmesan, salsa verde with tamales, and arepas for the kids are just the tip of the iceberg. Then Neptune gets jealous of our bounty of seafood in our ultimate seafood class with Carl Fantasia. Did I mentioned hot homemade bread yet? What about soul warming curry? Kalpana Gajjar brings her A game (as always) for a vegetarian Indian class. Last but certainly not least, a repeat of one of our Spring series classes: Ethiopian cooking with Meqdes Mesfin. Check out the full descriptions and class offerings in the links below and get your tickets before it’s too late!
