Join us at PAs Lounge to celebrate the release of our Nibble book, which has been well over a year in the making. Nibble celebrates food, culture and community in Union Square and beyond—and includes recipes, stories, artist interviews and guides to local markets and restaurants. At this party, we’ll be presenting copies of the book to the roughly 50 folks who helped create Nibble, including writers, cooks, photographers and recipe testers. There will also be global fare to nibble on, a “Test Your Nose” smelling contest (winner gets a book and a life-time supply of fenugreek), a HEAT tasting table, a cooking demo —and of course, plenty to nibble on.
