New Spring Classes Are Up!

Don’t let the snow get you down. Especially when you have Springtime-inspired, international cooking classes all set and ready for you.  Every Thursday in April, join the Somerville Arts Council for a cultural journey just outside of Union Square. Come ready to get cooking, eating, and talking with some amazing chefs from around the world as we roll up our sleeve and get our hands dirty at Foundation Kitchen.

This year’s Spring series will feature Ethiopian, Aztec, Moroccan, and Venezuelan/Mexican cuisine and culture. Find class descriptions and purchase your tickets before it’s too late!

Thursday April 7th, 6-8:30 pm: Ethiopian with Meqdes Mesfin
Thursday April 14th, 6-8:30 pm: Vegetarian Aztec with Estela Calzada
Thursday April 21st, 6-8:30 pm: Springtime Moroccan with Laila
Thursday April 28th, 6-8:30 pm: Venezuelan and Mexican with Ysora and Lydia

And If I haven’t convinced you already, pop up some popcorn and check out this awesome video from our Filipino class in February.

Thanks to Somerville Community Access Television and Zoe Gregoric for putting together this awesome video.

See you all in April!
