Congratulations to the 2026 Nibble Culinary Entreprenurship Program Cohort!

We are proud to welcome the newest cohort of aspiring culinary entrepreneurs to the Nibble Business Community! The cohort wrapped the 8-week crash course in food business owner and operations in early March, culminating in a fantastic Business Pitch & Tasting Competition! Representing cuisines and cultures from Turkey and Tajikistan to Ethiopian and El Salvador, and business concepts from Taiwanese breakfast cafés to cooking class courses inspired by classic Latin American Literature, we at Nibble are so excited to work with this great group of Chefs and storytellers.

Keep an eye out for lots of exciting new vendors and programming coming soon, including a brand new cohort of Farmers’ Market vendors, new Nibble Kitchen Chefs-in-Residence (more details coming soon!), a breakfast themed cooking class series, and more!
